Mapping Human Heart Development: A Comprehensive Atlas and Predictive Platform for Cardiac Cell Biology
Single-cell RNAseq (10X) and spatial transcriptomics (Visium) covering ~ 300,000 individual cells
from 23 human fetal hearts between 4 and 20 weeks post-conception.
Annotations were established through expert assessment, combined with a combination of clustering,
